Acceptance and eligibility

By using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must be at least 21 years old, legally capable of entering an agreement, and permitted to access cannabis-related content where you live.

Information service—not a cannabis retailer

Your Own Cannabis provides editorial content, community tools, accessory information and marketplace features. We do not sell or deliver cannabis, cannabis plants, seeds, extracts or controlled substances. Content is general information and is not medical or legal advice.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that create risk or violate these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law or help others obtain regulated products unlawfully.
• Do not target minors, misrepresent your identity, harass others, scrape the service, bypass security or introduce harmful code.
• Do not post deceptive claims, infringing material, personal information without permission or prohibited marketplace items.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display and adapt it only as reasonably needed to operate, moderate and promote the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.

Third-party services and affiliate links

Links, prices and availability are provided for convenience and may change. Third parties control their products, transactions, warranties, privacy and terms. We may earn a commission from clearly disclosed affiliate links.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, product suitability or user conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any liability will be limited only to the extent the law permits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes and termination

We may change features or these terms. We will post the revised date and give additional notice when required. You may stop using the service; we may restrict access to protect the service, users or legal compliance.
