Membership, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
The commercial terms shown before any paid membership begins.
Effective September 19, 2026Before purchase
The checkout will show the plan, price in Canadian dollars, taxes, billing frequency, included features, renewal terms and any trial before payment. Paid membership is not active until checkout confirms it.
Recurring billing
If you choose a recurring plan, you authorize the payment provider to charge the disclosed amount at each renewal until cancellation. We will provide receipts and legally required notices of material changes.
Cancellation
You may cancel through the account billing controls or the published support channel. Cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues through the paid period unless the checkout states otherwise.
Refunds
Except where law requires otherwise or the checkout offers a guarantee, fees already charged are non-refundable. Duplicate or unauthorized charges and service failures will be reviewed promptly. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Payment security
Payments are processed by an external payment provider. We do not intend to receive or store full payment-card numbers.
