Allowed purpose

The marketplace is for lawful, age-appropriate accessories and equipment. Users are responsible for descriptions, ownership, condition, pricing, delivery, taxes and legal compliance. Your Own Cannabis is not the seller and does not take possession of items.

Always prohibited

• Cannabis in any form, including flower, edibles, concentrates, extracts and beverages.
• Cannabis plants, clones, seeds, seedlings or harvested material.
• CBD or cannabinoid products, tobacco, nicotine, vaping liquids, controlled substances or prescription products.
• Weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, unsafe modified electrical items or recalled products.
• Items marketed with unsubstantiated medical claims or intended for unlawful production or distribution.

Transactions and safety

Never send sensitive financial or identity information through public posts. Review item condition, meet safely where lawful, use traceable payment methods and report suspicious activity. A listing or badge is not a guarantee.

Enforcement

We may review, refuse, remove or preserve listings and suspend accounts. We may cooperate with lawful requests and report immediate safety risks.
