Age & Access Policy
A conservative adults-only standard across Canada.
Effective September 19, 202621+ standard
Your Own Cannabis is intended only for people aged 21 or older, regardless of a lower provincial or territorial minimum. This uniform standard is designed to reduce youth access and reflect Quebec’s minimum age.
Age checks
We may request age confirmation and may use reasonable age-assurance measures for higher-risk features. False information or bypassing an age check violates our terms.
No youth targeting
We do not design advertising, promotions, imagery or community features to appeal primarily to minors. Users and partners must not target or solicit minors.
